FAQ’s

What is my role, as the writer?

In order to submit a document for editing, a COMPLETE first draft needs to be available in the .docx format. It is not the role of the editor to complete ideas and/or documents, unless this service has been agreed upon during the quotation process.

What if I need help with writing, not just editing?

We can help! Please contact us for a quotation on writing services.

What should accompany my submission?

Where applicable, documents for editing should be accompanied by given instructions/outline of the task or research question. This may be, for example, in the form of an abstract for an academic article. Requirements pertaining to style of referencing and formatting should also be submitted where applicable. Any feedback given on the work to date, by a supervisor or publisher, for example, would also be useful to the editor.
